Shipping policy

Toitū Otago Settlers Museum Delivery

We can send anywhere within New Zealand, except to post boxes. We do not offer a track and trace service.

We are not offering an international freight service at present because of delivery delays due to Covid-19.

After your order has been placed, we will email you an invoice and a confirmation of what has been purchased.

Shipping charges

Shipping will be calculated and shown at the checkout before payment is confirmed.  Costs are based on weight. 

Delivery time

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days, with the exception of Christmas/New Year holiday periods where there may be an additional day before shipment.

Delivery normally takes 1 – 3 business days.  Please allow slightly longer in the case of rural deliveries or unusually busy periods.

All delivery-time targets are subject to circumstances beyond our control.
